Mr. Eric Lawrence Frazier is President and CEO of the Power Is Now Inc. The Power Is Now is a multimedia company that has specialized in real estate and mortgage education for consumers and real estate professionals on various topics in real estate, lending, economics, and government policy since Sept. 1, 2009.

The financial and real estate information is distributed through BlogTalkRadio, iTunes, TuneIn, and other online platforms nationwide, as well as through online TV and through eMagazines at www.thepowerisnow.com. Mr. Frazier is the editor-in-chief and publisher of The PIN Magazine, which is an online real estate magazine that has been in circulation since Sept. 1, 2013. Mr. Frazier has over 25 years of experience in real estate as a licensed California Real Estate Broker CA BRE 01143484, and 35 years in mortgage lending and is a licensed Mortgage broker NMLS 461807.

Mr. Frazier is also the President of The Power Is Now Leadership Academy, a non-profit 501(3)(c) corporation created to support and develop young men and women in leadership in the mortgage and real estate industry and ministry, in addition to supporting various community initiatives centered around job training and education. He is currently the president of the Orange County Realtist (www.ocrealtist.org), which is a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and he is a director of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers. Mr. Frazier is also a nationally known mortgage banking and brokerage professional with 35 years of experience in sales management, operations, and marketing.

Mr. Frazier is a graduate of Redlands University in Redlands, California. He has an MBA with an emphasis in finance, and a BS in business administration and management. He is an adjunct professor at University of California Riverside, where he teaches e-commerce, and he has lectured on the U.S. mortgage crises to international business and political leaders.

He and his wife Ruby L. Frazier are founders of Frazier Group Reality (www.fraziergrouprealty.com) in Riverside, CA, a full-service, family-owned and family-operated real estate since May 6th, 2006. Mr. Frazier is on the board of directors of the Riverside Fair Housing Council. He is a former vice president of the Orange County National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, a former advisory board member of the Orange County Asian Real Estate Association of America Orange, advisory board member of the Black Chamber of Commerce in Orange County, director of Project Tomorrow (www.tomorrow.org) a national education nonprofit, and member of the 100 Black Men of Orange County and the NAACP in Orange County.
