1. What is a social Media Marketing Strategy Development Plan?

It is a plan that takes a comprehensive approach to expanding your reach on social media through ghostwriting, blogging, articles, online radio and magazines.  The plan includes post that we will source, and create to upload and the frequency of the post and over all execution of the plan. This nothing like you have ever seen before and it is exclusive on The Power Is Now.

2.  What Is Social Media Report

A report that lets you know how well our social media management is working.

3.  What kinds of posts/updates shall I expect?

Since your main audience is buyers and sellers of real estate, most posts will be about home buying and home selling. All posts with incorporate social media tactics that will encourage better engagement (calls to action, asking questions, the use of hashtags, engaging content, catchy updates and images). Links of articles will usually come from reputable online publications such as LA Times, the New York Post, Washington Post, Housing Wire, DS News, Inman and The Power is Now.

4.  Will all posts be the same among the different social media account be the same?

Yes, most posts will be the same among the different accounts because we assume that you have different friends/followers/connections among the different social networking accounts. According to studies, your friends on Facebook are not your contacts on LinkedIn.

5.  Are there any responsibilities on our part?

We will only be requiring you to give us your log-in details to all social media accounts. It will be most helpful when you can contribute information about yourself and your business, especially if something timely or relevant should be communicated on social media.

6. Can we post content outside of what you are posting?

Absolutely! We even encourage it. We only ask that you try to stay in communication with us when you do so we can avoid duplicated posts.

7. How much does it cost?

This service is FREE to all VIP agents of The Power Is Now as an added benefit to the program as long as there is a pending transaction of either a pre-approved deal or real deal at all times. The agent must also close at least one loan per quarter to enjoy this benefit. VIP agents who do not meet the conditions for the service will need to pay for such services at their own expense. The Standard Package is priced at $500 while the Premium Package is priced at $700.

8. How will I be billed?

This is a month-long agreement that executes the above outlined consulting and managed service areas. Payments will be made via credit card and billed on a monthly basis, starting on the date of this agreement and continuing every month. You will be billed on the 27th of every month.

9. Are there any hidden costs with your packages?

No hidden costs involved.

10. Can you design and customize our social media pages?

Yes, but additional charges will apply.

11. If we say yes, what is next?

We will be sending you an agreement and set-up form to get started on the strategy. The strategy takes a few days to complete. Once approved by you, we can start posting.
