Mr. Eric Lawrence Frazier is President and CEO of the Power Is Now Inc. Mr. Frazier is the editor-in-chief and publisher of The Power Is Now Magazine, which is an online real estate magazine that has been in circulation since Sept. 1, 2013. He is also the President of The Power Is Now Leadership Academy, a nonprofit corporation created to support and develop young men and women in jobs in the mortgage and real estate industry, in addition to supporting various community initiatives centered around job training and education. Lastly, He is the founder and Broker of The Power Is Now Mortgage Services and The Power Is Now Real Estate Services which are two divisions of the Power Is Now Inc.
Mr. Frazier is known nationally as mortgage banking and brokerage professional with 36 years of experience in sales management, operations, and marketing. He also has over 26 years of experience in real estate as a licensed California Real Estate Agent and 16 years as a Broker CA BRE 01143484. This is in addition to 35 years in mortgage lending as a mortgage banker and licensed Mortgage broker NMLS 461807.
Mr. Frazier is a graduate of Redlands University in Redlands, California. He has an MBA with an emphasis in finance, and a BS in business administration and management. He is an adjunct professor at University of California Riverside, where he teaches e-commerce, and he has lectured on the U.S. mortgage crises to international business and political leaders.
He and his wife Ruby L. Frazier are founders of Frazier Group Reality (www.fraziergrouprealty.com) in Riverside, CA, a full-service, family-owned and family-operated real estate brokerage since May 6th, 2006. His greatest accomplishment is being married to the love of his life, Ruby Lee Gordon Frazier, for 36 years and being the father of four daughters. His oldest three daughters Jessica, Briana and Erica have master’s degrees in management and business, and his youngest daughter Raela is attending Cal Poly Pomona and will be graduating in the Summer of 2018. He is also a grandfather to two daughters Carrah and Chole Cannon and is bless with two son-in laws Virgil Cannon and Donald Williams. Family is everything to Eric & Ruby Frazier.

(FHCRC) is a non-profit organization that fights to protect the housing rights of all individuals. He is a member of the 100 Black Men of Orange County and a member NAACP in Orange County chapter, and CEO and executive pastor of the North Fontana Church.
He has held the following positions in the past: President/chairman and director of the State of California African American Museum (www.caamuseum.org) CAAM’s mission is to research, collect, preserve, and interpret for public enrichment the history, art and culture of African Americans with an emphasis on California and the western United States.

He is a blogger, motivational speaker, business consultant, coach for profit and non-profit companies, and active community leader. He enjoys golf, running, and jazz music.
