California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what information is collected, the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to limit certain uses of sensitive information. 10. No Rights to Modify, Remove, or Suppress Published Content

This Policy does not grant any right to request takedowns or removals of published media, which are governed exclusively by the agreements you execute with TPIN Media.
