Team production commissions. Managing Team agent can receive a commission override on all agent associates on their team. The percentage override will be determined by the Managing Team Agent and the agent associate.

As a real estate agent you are also a brand ambassador of The Power Is Now. We encourage all of our agents to develop business relationships with various services providers to better serve their client’s needs. The customer must always come first and can be never required to use any service provider or affiliate of The Power Is Now Inc. As an agent of The Power Is Now you can only recommend using The Power Is Now Mortgage Services.
There are simply no fees. Real Estate agents work as marketing representative of The Power Is Now Inc and its affiliates to promote home ownership to the community.
YES!!! We are insured with an AM BEST A-Rated Insurance Carrier. You can be assured that we will always carry adequate amounts of insurance. Our insurance includes free legal support, agent-owned property coverage, and the lowest available deductible of $2500.
YES! We have a team of Transaction Coordinators with more than 25 years of experience. The cost to you is $300 Per Closed Transaction AND it includes a copy of every file for you and your client.*
All of our agents have DIRECT access to the broker daily from 9am – 5pm, EVEN WEEKENDS! All inquiries are answered within 3 hours. All of our agents also have access to legal advice from an experience licensed attorney. The level of support we offer is what sets us apart from our competitors.

After becoming affiliated with The Power Is Now Real Estate Services, we pay for 250 business cards, your yard sign and for all graphic designs of flyers and brochures. You pay only for printing of flyer and brochures.
It all depends on your employment agreement with your current broker. Our employment agreement allows our agents to take their business with them if they decide to move. Most employment agreements allow you to leave and still earn your commission as long as you complete all of your duties.
No. We are a real estate sales and mortgage company. Our agents are permitted to list, sales, and originated loans if they have a BRE and an NMLS license. We are not offering property management at this time.
Most of our agents get paid within 24 to 48 hours from the close of escrow. The only requirement is that we have a complete file uploaded prior to close of escrow.

We have an secure online transaction management system that assigns each agent a unique login and password to view all current and closed transactions and upload/download forms.
Yes. The DBA has to be filed and approved with the Department of Real Estate and needs a written agreement with TPINRES.

There is NO fee sharing on BPO’s. The agents keep 100% of the BPO fee.
We are members of MANY associations throughout California. We are always open to joining new associations/MLS etc.
Yes! At The Power Is Now Real Estate Services, we understand that all of our agents are hardworking self-motivated individuals, but we do have sales minimums or sales quotas in order to provide our unprecedented and free marketing support. The minimum production requirement for all agents is 4 closing a year or 1 per quarter on either side of the transaction.
Yes! We know our agents are busy so all our meeting are conducted via online video conferencing and recorded in case an agent cannot make the meeting. We discuss changes to our business and any form/law changes if needed. We also share lead opportunities and business strategies.
We require that The Power Is Now Inc. logo be displayed on any advertisement materials our agents use while engaging in real estate activity. The Department of Real Estate also requires that your license number is displayed on all “First Contact” marketing.
We use RSI Signs. If you would like to have a custom sign made, please contact them for pricing at (800)513-9199. You are free to use the sign provider of your choice.
Yes. It is up to each individual agent to determine what the appropriate commission rate is for each transaction.
